Set Your Working Week in Hive

Enable your Hive workspace to meet your team's schedule

Does your team work the weekend shift or not have a typical Monday-Friday work week? Now you can configure your settings in Hive to fit your team's working schedule.

Hive offers three working week options:

  1.  Monday - Friday working week (default)

  2.  Sunday - Thursday working week

  3. Monday - Thursday working week

How to adjust your working week

  1. Click on 'Workspace settings' under your profile dropdown menu

  2. Select 'Settings'

  3. Select your working week from the dropdown

Changing your working week will impact how weekends are shown:

  • If you've selected Monday - Friday as the working week, weekends will show as Saturday and Sunday.

  • If you've selected Sunday - Thursday as the working week, weekends will show as Friday and Saturday.

  • If you've selected Monday - Thursday as the working week, weekends will show as Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.


Setting your working week will determine how your weekends are shown in the following views:

Gantt View (Sunday - Thursday Working Week)

Calendar View (Sunday - Thursday Working Week)

Resourcing (Sunday - Thursday Working Week)
