Buzz can plan projects for you in seconds. How? By bringing the power of AI to your projects - aka an artificial intelligence model that performs a variety of natural language tasks based on in-depth data from best practices in project management and most successful Hive projects over the years.
Buzz is fully integrated into Action Cards, Hive Mail, and Notes, and all you need to do to harness Buzz's power is click on the purple Buzz button at the top of your Hive view and write a prompt about what you would like it to do for you.

To access Buzz on an Action Card or a Note, click on the Buzz icon, and it'll automatically suggest the next steps.
Creating project tasks based on your suggestion
In this example, Buzz kicks off a task for you by breaking it into steps.
Open an action card, or create one with a descriptive title. Next to the title, click the Buzz icon (Ask Buzz about this action).
Buzz opens with the action pinned at the top and three ways to start:
Create subactions — break the action down into concrete steps and add them as subactions
Add description — write a detailed description with context and requirements
Let Buzz handle it — carry out the steps needed to complete the action
Or type any request of your own in Message Buzz, for example "Write me a meeting agenda introduction." Use Thinking and Effort under the message box to trade speed for depth.
While Buzz works, a line such as Used 2 tools shows the steps it took. Click it to see them. When Buzz finishes, it tells you what it changed and suggests next steps you can click, or you can keep chatting.
In this example, we chose Create subactions. Buzz added seven subactions to the card, and we can edit, assign, or rename them to best fit our workflow.
Additionally, Buzz can also:
Write content, such as a blog post, presentation overview, or press release, and add it to the action card description
Create an image — just ask in the chat, for example "Create an image of a bee for our newsletter"

Copy code from Buzz
When a reply includes code or structured data, such as JSON or a formula, Buzz shows it in a code block with the language name at the top. Click the copy icon to copy the code exactly as shown.
Writing content and copy for you
Buzz can also write and edit content right inside a Note.
Open a Note. To have Buzz rewrite existing text, select it first.
Hover over a line, click the + on the left, and choose Buzz.
In Ask Buzz to edit your selection, tell Buzz what you want, for example "Write a short blog post intro about product marketing."
Click Submit.
Buzz writes the content straight into your note, where you can edit it like any other text.
