Hive Free: Usage Limitations in Project Views

Written by Michaela Rollings

Hive Free is a great chance to utilize a variety of Hive features at a basic project management level, or test functionality out before you commit to purchasing Hive Teams or Hive Enterprise. Here is a breakdown of the full Hive Free versus Hive Teams functionality (remember to click "View full features list" to get the best idea of each plan!)

One of the main differences between Hive Free and Hive Teams is the usage limitations on Hive Free called "project view uses." Uses constitutes unique views of the project in a specific layout.

For Gantt, Calendar, and Table view, workspaces will have 100 uses for each layout. Uses will be cumulative across the workspace, but Gantt, Calendar, and Table view uses are all separate (i.e. 300 total uses).

In Hive Free, teams can access unlimited actions, Notes, and Status views. If you hit a usage limit on Gantt, Calendar or Table view, feel free to use Status view or Home instead.
