Set a permitted email domain so new teammates who sign up with your company email can find your workspace and ask to join, instead of waiting for an invite.
To set it up, open your profile menu: click your avatar and go to Settings.
Turn on Allow users to automatically join the workspace with a permitted email domain and enter your email domain, for example yourcompany.com.
Good to know
Each domain can belong to only one Hive workspace.
Personal email domains, such as gmail.com or outlook.com, can't be used.
What new teammates see
When someone signs up with a matching email address and verifies it, Hive shows Your team is already on Hive with your workspace name. They select Request access, and your workspace admins get a Workspace access request notification in Hive.
Approve requests
Select the notification, or open Manage users and go to the Pending approval tab. Select Approve to add the person to your workspace right away, or Deny to decline the request.
People who already have a Hive account under a different email, or who sign in with an email on another domain, won't see your workspace. Invite them directly. See Adding people into your workspace.
