Start a Buzz conversation from a Hive Mail thread when you want help based on the email you are reading.
Open the thread in Buzz
Open a thread in Hive Mail.
Select Work with Buzz in the message toolbar.
Continue in the Buzz conversation that opens with the thread context.
Buzz receives the email thread origin, thread ID, connected provider, and subject so it can work from the message context rather than a blank conversation.
Check availability
Connect a mail account before using Hive Mail features.
Make sure Buzz and the Hive Mind Assistant are enabled for your workspace.
Open the email in a supported Hive Mail layout.
The button is hidden when the required mail connection or Buzz features are unavailable. It is also hidden in some resident and side-view layouts, so open the thread in a supported mail view when you need to start work with Buzz.
