To get started with Buzz Mail, labels, and auto-archiving, first make sure you've connected Hive Mail from your Apps page.
Once you've enabled Hive Mail, visit your profile picture dropdown -> My Settings -> Buzz AI.
From here, you'll be able to toggle on the settings that you want Buzz to have.
Here are the AI Email Setting options:
Allow Buzz to auto archive your emails and send you an email digest every day = This allows Buzz to utilize "Auto Archive" as well as the Daily Digest, which sends you a recap of everything he's archived for you today.
Allow Buzz to learn general information from your inbox = This will allow Buzz to learn context from your emails.
Allow Buzz to generate planned steps for your emails = This will allow Buzz to generate suggested next steps.
Allow Buzz to create real email drafts = Buzz can draft emails in your inbox for you in your Gmail or Outlook (whichever you've connected).
For labels, you can toggle on the following labels that Buzz with automatically move emails into:
Needs Reply
FYI
Notification
Calendar
Awaiting Reply
Done
Auto-archived
You can choose whichever labels you'd like to add, and leave the ones you don't!
Finally, AI memories can be customized or added based on your personal preferences. For example, I want Buzz to keep all updates@hive.com emails in my inbox, without moving them.
