Hive Home has replaced the old My Actions View (MAV), expanding beyond a simple task list into a customizable hub where you can see your actions, projects, and people you work with — all in one place.

Similar to MAV, you’ll still have a prioritized list of your actions, but now you can also add widgets like Projects, People, Approvals and more to make Home your one-stop view of everything that matters.

Please note: MAV is still available at the top bar of your Home Page.

Access your new Hive Home by clicking the "Home" with a house icon at the top of your left-hand toolbar.

Setting up your Home Page

By default, your Hive Home Page first comes with the following widgets:

  • My Actions

    • This is where you can find all actions assigned to you within your workspace. Similar to My Actions View, this is customizable. To edit filters, click the configuration icon:

    • From here, configure your actions to group, filter, or sort by specific statuses, projects, users, etc.:

  • My Projects

    • This is where you can view all projects you are a member of (where you've followed or been assigned actions in).

  • People

    • See workspace users you interact with (message, assign, tag) the most.

  • Scratch Pad

    • Use this list to jot down quick notes or to-do's for the day.

Customizing your Home Page

To add/subtract widgets or set a new theme for your Home Page, find the preferred option under the "Customize" menu at the top of the page:

Themes

  • Prefer a different color theme or looking to use your logo's colors? Color options are available for both the background and greeting message:

Widgets

  • Add a new widget or take one of the defaults away by clicking the "Add widget" button. Similar to the Dashboard widget builder, available add-ons include Hive Apps, specific data charts, Goals, and more.

Home Page is customizable and only viewable to you. Make it your own!
