Non-Hive users can now access the Forms Submissions Page to submit their forms and track the progress of their submissions.
If you wish to enable users to monitor their form submissions, you must activate the “Allow submitters to track form progress” setting located within the “Submission Settings” section.
For on-Hive users, they can access the Form Submissions Page by clicking on the provided link or entering “forms.hive.com/my-submissions” into their browser.
Upon initial access to the page, users will be prompted to verify their email address to confirm their identity and view their submissions.
Clicking the Verify button will initiate an email to the user’s inbox.
*Kindly ensure that you check your Spam or other inboxes to retrieve the verification email.
Now, the user can access the “View in Hive” button to navigate to their Form Submissions Page.
The Form Submissions Page will display the following information:
Title of the Action Card
Status of the Action Card
Number of Subactions associated with the action card, along with their titles and completion status
Start Date of the Action Card
Due Date of the Action Card
Users will also be able to open the action card on the form submission page.
The action card UI will show the following information:
Title
Simple ID
Dates
Status
Priority
Assignees
Description
Comments
Attachments

Q. Can I add or subtract columns visible on the Forms Submission Page?
A. Not at this time.
Q. What happens if a user submits multiple forms across multiple workspaces?
A. Users will be able to see all submissions separated by the form's title.
Q. Will users be able to filter/sort in the columns?
A. Currently, not at this time but please let us know on our Feature Request page.
