Approve all eligible files in a proofing round
When you review files through a public proof link, you can approve all eligible files in the proofing round at once instead of approving each file individually.
How to use Approve all
Open the public proof link provided by the project team.
Review the files in the proofing round.
When eligible files are still awaiting your approval, select Approve all in the proofing viewer.
Confirm your choice when prompted.
Hive records your approval for each eligible file and updates the proofing round. You can continue to approve files individually or use the existing request-changes option when needed.
Availability and limitations
The option is available only to external reviewers using a public proof link with approval access.
It appears only when eligible files remain to be approved.
Files that have already reached a final decision are not changed.
If the action cannot be completed, remain in the viewer and retry after checking the proof link or contacting the project team.
Review before confirming
Because the action applies to all eligible files in the round, make sure you have completed your review before confirming. If only some files are ready, approve those files individually instead.
