View connected calendar events in Calendar
The Calendar dashboard widget can display your connected Google or Outlook meetings alongside your Hive actions. This gives you a combined view of your work and schedule without replacing the Hive action calendar.
Show your calendar
Open a dashboard containing the Calendar widget.
Open the widget settings.
Under Connected calendars, turn on Show my meetings (or the equivalent Show my calendar option).
Your meetings appear on the calendar grid alongside Hive actions. Select an event to open its existing event details, including available RSVP, join, and Sidekick options.
Overlay a teammate’s calendar
If calendar sharing allows it, use the workspace-member picker in Connected calendars to select teammates whose calendars you want to compare. Each selected member’s events appear with a distinct color.
Availability and privacy
Calendar overlays depend on a connected Google or Outlook calendar.
Other members’ events appear only when the calendar provider allows you to view that calendar.
Events remain subject to the sharing and visibility settings in Google or Outlook.
Timed events appear on their start date; all-day events cover their applicable dates.
