Chart Widget (Bar, Line, Pie, and Numbers)

Use the Chart Builder to visualize Actions with Bar Charts, Pie Charts, Line Charts, or Number Displays.

Customize your charts further by using Filters and Grouping. You can also tailor the X and Y axes to align with your reporting needs, which are available on the right-hand side of the Chart Content section.

On the left-hand side, you can change between Bar Chart, Pie Chart, Line Graph, Numbers, or Pivot Table.

While you're looking at the Bar Chart, you have different display options:

  • Sort By

    • Choose Ascending or Descending

  • Show Axis title

  • Show legend

    • Choose where to display the legend

  • Show value labels

    • Show or hide the value

  • Linked to Project

    • Choose to include actions linked to the project you’re reporting on

  • Limit data shown

    • Choose how many charts to display

Pivot table (Advanced Dashboards)

The Pivot table (Advanced Dashboards) is a Premium Add-On, if you're interested in the pricing, you can check out our Pricing Page.

While bar charts, pie charts, and similar visualizations present data in an easily digestible format, pivot tables empower users to explore, analyze, and dynamically summarize raw data with greater depth and flexibility.

If you’re using time in a Pivot Table and want to gain a deeper understanding of where these data points come from, I recommend checking out our “Dashboard Pivot Table Calculations” article!
