See how your workflows ran
The Workflow runs dashboard shows completed and failed runs for native Hive Workflows. Use it to check volume, spot failures, and open a run to see what each operation did.
Open the dashboard
You can open Workflow runs from the Workflows App
From Workflows
Open the Workflows app from the left sidebar or Apps.
Select View runs to see every workflow in the workspace.
To start on one workflow:
Open the workflow’s three-dot menu and select View runs.
Or open the workflow and select View runs in the editor.
Use the back arrow to return to your workflow list or the editor you came from.
Filter the dashboard
Date range — defaults to the last 30 days. You can pick any range up to 30 days. Future dates are not available.
Workflow — leave All workflows selected, or search and choose one workflow. Clear the filter to return to all workflows.
Refresh — reload the summary and run history.
If the date range or workflow has no completed or failed runs, you’ll see No workflow runs in this period.
Read the summary and chart
Runs over time charts successful and failed runs by day for the selected range and workflow filter.
The header also shows:
Total — completed plus failed runs
Successful — success rate and count of completed runs
Failed — failure rate and count of failed runs
The dashboard notes when these numbers were last updated.
Review run history
The Run history table lists the newest runs first. Each row shows:
Workflow — the workflow name. A Deleted badge appears if that workflow was deleted.
Status — Completed or Failed
Triggered by — the person who caused the run, Server for scheduled or system-started runs, or Removed user if that person is no longer in the workspace
Run date — when the run started
Scroll to load more rows. Use the open-workflow icon on a row to jump into that workflow. The icon is hidden for deleted workflows.
Open a run
Select a row in Run history.
Review the run status, date, and time.
Open each operation to see whether it completed, failed, or was skipped, plus any error, input, or output details.
If the workflow used Run a snippet, the run also shows that snippet’s result. API Request triggers can include the trigger payload.
Select Back to runs to return to the dashboard.
Who can open run details
Anyone who can open Workflows can view the dashboard, chart, and run history. Only the workflow creator and workspace admins can open a run’s logs. Other members see: Only the workflow creator and admins can view run logs.
Availability and limitations
The dashboard covers native Hive Workflows only.
Run history and the chart include Completed and Failed runs. Running and skipped runs do not appear in this list.
