Click an attached .xlsx file in an action card, chat message, or comment to open a read-only spreadsheet preview in Hive. You can switch sheets, zoom, select and copy cells, and use Download to get the original file. The preview does not edit the spreadsheet.
The preview shows up to the first 5,000 rows per sheet and cannot open files larger than 25 MB. Formula cells show the result saved in the workbook; the preview does not recalculate formulas. If Hive cannot load or read the file, try again when offered or choose Download original to open it in Excel.
