Hot sheets are weekly project reports available from Project Navigator. They bring together project status, owners, budget burn, upcoming milestones and overdue items, so your team can review project progress in one place.
Set up a weekly Hot sheet
Workspace admins can configure Hot sheets. Weekly emails are off until an admin enables them.
Open Project Navigator and click Hot sheets beside Export.
Open the Settings tab.
Turn on Send a weekly hot sheet.
Choose the Day, Time and Time zone for the weekly email.
Under Send to workspace members, select the members who should receive it. External members cannot receive Hot sheets.
Keep Active projects only on to leave out archived projects, or turn it off to include them.
Click Save settings.
View reports and history
Once Hot sheets are enabled, workspace admins and selected recipients can open the Sheet tab. Use the Latest sheet dropdown to select a previous report.
Admins can click Generate now to create a report without emailing it, or Generate and email to create a report and immediately email the configured recipients.
If no report exists yet, an admin can generate one or wait for the scheduled send.
Project and budget visibility
Each reader only sees projects they can access in Hive. Budget burn is shown only to members with the required budget access in Finance. Receiving a Hot sheet does not grant access to other projects or budget figures.
If a report displays Budget burn unavailable, budget figures were unavailable when that report was generated.
Stop weekly emails
In Settings, turn off Send a weekly hot sheet and click Save settings.
