While not frequent, at times you may have to migrate projects from one workspace to another - for instance, in the event you started a trial but your company signed up with another workspace. This guide will help you accomplish the migration using Hive's project export & project import.
Migrating a Project
Start in your existing workspace with your projects.
Open the project
Click the "More" button, click "Export", then export via "CSV" file
*All the extra information will become action custom fields, so it's recommended that you open the CSV file and delete the columns that you don't want to be imported.
Now, navigate to the new workspace
Click on your profile picture
Click "Import tasks", select "Import CSV", choose the CSV file, then click "Upload Files"
Note: Prior to importing the project CSV you may wish to delete some of the columns which are not listed in the required columns such as ID, Simple ID Parent ID and any other data that is not required. Hive will create custom fields in your project from any columns which feature data that does not match the required list.
