Once a Google or Microsoft calendar is connected in your Hive Calendar app, Hive will offer an upcoming meeting reminder email to your meeting attendees, suggesting them to take notes using Hive Notes.

You can turn this off in the Workspace Settings page by un-checking this option --> "Offer meeting notes to attendees":
