Why am I not seeing the change in the billing portal?

When you make an update to your subscription, you will not see the new subscription info in the Billing portal. This is because the Billing portal is designed to accurately reflect the current subscription status and does not automatically update to show any changes, such as subscription changes. This ensures that users are always aware of the current subscription status and can verify that their payments are accurate and up-to-date.

To see the recent changes to the subscription, you can follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Billing portal

  2. Click on your Subscription - *See attached image

  3. Click "View scheduled changes" - *See attached image
