Exporting action, project and user data

Extract Action Cards

To extract Action Cards from a project:

  1. Change the project tab to Table View

  2. Click on 'More'

  3. Click on 'Export'

  4. Choose the format (Excel or CSV)

  5. Click on 'Export'

To extract Action Cards from multiple projects

  1. Create a new Summary View in the Table View layout

  2. Choose the projects you want to view/export

  3. Click 'Create summary view'

  4. Click on 'More'

  5. Click on 'Export'

  6. Choose the format (Excel or CSV)

  7. Click on 'Export'

How to Extract Projects

To extract project information:

  1. Click on 'Apps'

  2. Search for Portfolio View and open the app

  3. Create a new Portfolio View or edit an existing view

  4. Choose which projects you want to export

  5. Choose which columns you want to export

  6. Click 'Menu'

  7. Click 'Export'

  8. Choose the format (PDF or CSV)

  9. Click on 'Export'

How to Extract Timesheet

To extract Timesheets:

  1. Click on 'Apps'

  2. Search for Timesheet and open the app

  3. Click on the clipboard icon at the top right corner

  4. Click 'Reporting'

  5. Choose the correct date range

  6. Using the filter, choose the correct filter

  7. Click on the download icon at the top right corner

How to Extract Time Tracking

To extract Time Tracking Hours:

  1. Click on 'Apps'

  2. Search for Time-Tracking and open the app

  3. Click on the 'Time-Tracking' section

  4. Choose the correct date range

  5. Click on the download icon at the top right corner

How to Extract User Info

To extract users in your workspace, if you are a Workspace Admin only, you may perform the following export:

This option is only available for workspace admins!

  1. Click on your profile icon at the top right corner

  2. Click 'Manage User'

  3. Click on the download icon at the top right corner
