A Chart Builder pivot table that reports on Time can now list everyone in the workspace, not only people who logged time. People with no timesheet for the period show as Unsubmitted, so you can quickly see who still needs to submit.
Before you start: Pivot table widgets need the Hive Analytics add-on.
Set up the pivot table
Add or edit a Chart Builder widget on your dashboard and choose Pivot table.
Set Report on to Time.
Under Row groups, click Add row and choose User.
Under Values, click Add value and choose Timesheet status from the Timesheets options.
Each person now appears as a row. Statuses are Approved, Changes requested, Pending approval, Unapproved and Unsubmitted. Mixed means a person has more than one status in the period.
Reading "Unsubmitted"
Unsubmitted with an info icon: The person has no timesheet for that period. Hover the icon to see No timesheet data for this period. These cells can't be clicked.
Other status cells: Click a status to open Timesheet reporting, filtered by status. You need access to time reporting to do this. It isn't available on shared dashboard links.
Totals: People shown only because they have no timesheet don't add to the row totals.
Who is included
The table includes members of the dashboard's workspace, narrowed by the widget's User, Team and User tag filters. External users are included. Removed users are included unless the widget's Removed users filter excludes them. To show no users, choose None in the User filter.
People without a timesheet are not added when you filter by Timesheet statuses or Timesheet approver, because they have no timesheet to match.
Good to know
This applies to the top-level User rows only, not to grouped rows inside them.
In other chart types, an empty timesheet status now shows as Unsubmitted.
