If you or your colleague has submitted a Timesheet and needs to make an adjustment, here are the options for making edits:


If the Timesheet has not been Approved yet:

If the submitted Timesheet has not been Approved yet, the user's manager can go into the My Approvals section of the Timesheet app and select 'Request changes' on the relevant line items.

This will send the timesheet back to the user for them to edit.


If the Timesheet has been Approved:

If the submitted Timesheet has been Approved already, or you have the auto-approve feature enabled, there are two options:

  1. The user's manager can go into the Manage section of the Timesheet app and make the changes by editing the time entries directly in the boxes:

  2. The user can go into the Timesheet section of the Timesheet app and delete the Approved Timesheet and resubmit another Timesheet.
