Creating a Sprint

Users will be able to create a new Sprint in the Agile app by clicking on the "Add Sprint (+)" button!

Editing a Sprint

Users will be able to edit the Sprint by clicking on the 3 dots and choosing Edit.

Users will be able to rename the Sprint, update the Start/End date of the Sprint, or update the Story Point Goal!

Ending a Sprint

When a user Ends the Sprint, they will be prompted to transfer over actions to another Sprint/Backlog or when a sprint is closed but has an incomplete action associated with the sprint.

Backlog

When an action card does not belong to any ongoing Sprint or needs to be stored in a different place, the user can place the action card in a Backlog!

Users can open the action card, click the current name of the Sprint, then choose the Backlog option.

This will make the action card appear in the Backlog section in the Agile app.

You can also place the action card into another ongoing Sprint from the Backlog!

Bulk-transfer actions to a Sprint

To bulk-transfer actions to a specific sprint, open your actions in the project or Summary view and switch to Table Layout. Using the Agile Sprint column, you can copy & paste your Sprints.
โ€‹Pro-tip: hold Shift to select multiple actions at once!
