View your connected-calendar events
The Calendar dashboard widget can show your Hive actions alongside events from a connected Google or Outlook calendar. This helps you compare your work schedule with your meetings in one view.
Open a dashboard that contains the Calendar widget.
Open the widget settings.
In Connected calendars, turn on Show my meetings or Show my calendar, depending on the label shown in your workspace.
Save the widget settings.
Your connected-calendar events appear alongside Hive actions on the calendar grid. Selecting an event opens its available event details, including RSVP and join options when provided.
Overlay a teammate’s calendar
You can optionally select workspace members whose calendars are shared with you through Google or Outlook.
Open the Calendar widget settings.
Use the workspace-member picker to select one or more members.
Save your changes to display their shared events on the calendar.
Availability and privacy
Only calendars and events that are available through your Google or Outlook sharing permissions can appear. Hive does not create an additional privacy layer. A selected member may contribute no events if their calendar is not shared with you. Connected-calendar events are shown alongside Hive actions; they do not replace or modify the Hive action calendar.
