Sometimes the hardest part of a project is just starting it. Getting the project outline set up and finalized can be tricky, time consuming, and confusing. But no fear, HiveMind is here.

HiveMind can create an ENTIRE project plan from a simple prompt. Here's how to get started.

Once you're in your Hive workspace, click on the blue "?" in the upper right hand corner, and scroll down to select "Template Library." From there, you'll be able to choose from our 100+ templates, or use the magic of HiveMind AI to create your own.

The "Auto-create with HiveMind" button will take you to a magical AI window, where you can ask Hive to create the exact project you want. That's right. You don't have to think about timeline, layout, strategy, or any of that. We'll handle it.

First, enter your general project idea, i.e. "Generate a marketing campaign." You can then add optional extra context in the box below, as well as a set number of days you want the project to take place across.

You'll also be able to choose if you want action dates set for you, and at what speed you want our AI to set up the project for you.

As HiveMInd works, you'll see actions and a project name pop up in the right side of the window. From there, you can chat with HiveMind and ask it to edit, change, or pivot to make the project exactly how you'd want.

When you're ready, just click "Create Project," and voila! You've saved at least an hour (or two), and we've created a custom project for your team. The best part? You can edit it at any time, add actions, or save it as a template.
