Buzz can plan projects in seconds by bringing AI into your projects — using natural language together with project-management best practices and the context already in your workspace.
Buzz is fully integrated into Action Cards, Hive Mail, Notes, Dashboards, Workflows, and more. Click the purple Buzz button at the top of your Hive view, then prompt Buzz with what you’d like done.
Where Buzz lives in Apps
Open Apps → AI Enabled Workspace to see Buzz AI for your workspace. When it’s active, you’ll see “Buzz AI is active across your workspace.”
Buzz Assistant, AI Workflows, AI Dashboards, and Sidekick show as Included.
AI Mail and AI Proofing have optional toggles.
Every workspace can use Buzz AI lightly with a monthly allowance included in your Hive plan. That allowance covers chat and other AI surfaces — not chat alone. Admins can review usage under Your Workspace → Buzz AI → AI usage.

Creating projects & actions from a simple prompt
Manage project organization — restructure projects, reassign tasks, and more
Edit, create or change Labels, statuses and custom fields — apply labels, statuses, and insert custom fields; search or replace field values
Automations & Workflows
Generate custom workflows to run inside Hive — Buzz can create and update automated workflows that execute sequences of actions when triggered
Dashboards and reporting — create and update dashboards and widgets, pull workspace statistics, and convert data into visual summaries
Activity and goal summaries — summarize recent workspace activity and compute progress toward goals
Scheduling & Communication
Calendar integration — search events, retrieve availability, create/update calendar events, and set recurring meetings
Email assistant — fetch email threads and draft replies or new emails for you to send; turn on AI Mail from Apps for suggested next steps
Messaging and collaboration — insert messages into group chats, manage project communications, and update Notes
Reminders — create custom reminders that appear in your bell icon and as a mobile notification
Sidekick — meeting prep, live coaching, and post-call follow-ups (desktop). Open from the Sidekick card in Apps
Content Generation & Insights
AI document editor and content generator — edit, translate, and advise on text; generate blog posts, newsletters, sales proposals, press releases, and more from short prompts
